Welcome to Prime Time. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prime Time productivity platform, including our website, mobile application, PDF blueprints, document processing services, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

Description of Service

Prime Time is a comprehensive productivity platform designed for elite founders and high-performing professionals. Our Service includes:

• Mobile companion application for iOS

• Advanced OCR and document processing capabilities
• Web-based dashboards and analytics

• Integration with productivity and wellness tools

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Subscription Plans and Billing

Subscription Tiers

We offer three subscription tiers:

• Momentum ($49/month): Basic productivity features and Magic Hour rituals
• Rhythm ($99/month): Advanced AI prioritization and voice integration
• Flow ($199/month): Complete platform including journaling and quarterly audits

Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Annual plans include two months complimentary
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription activation
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Free Trial

We may offer free trials for new users. Trial terms will be clearly disclosed during signup. Your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
• We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of annual plans
• Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues or service disruptions

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIME TIME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold Prime Time harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any rights of another party

Termination

• For non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data after termination, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
